So, finally seen the doctor! We may be released tomorrow afternoon...They're going to stop the IV antibiotics and monitor her off them first for the night, to make sure she doesn't develop sepsis. Then they're going to do another set of blood works in the am to see what all her levels are at. If she suffers from more stomach pain tho they will do an ultrasound and that'll delay us leaving hospital tomorrow. We can stay in the Edmonton area until Monday or Tuesday when they'll get us an appointment to get checked one last time and cleared to head home :) They just tried to block off her bile drainage tube, hopefully that works, and they'll need to show me and get me supplies to care for it for the next 6 weeks as well. So fingers crossed no more hitches in the road and we can be free of the hospital at least, lol :) I'm so excited to have a decent night of sleep without machines going off nonstop and babies crying for hours right beside me! lol Phoenix sleeps like the dead through everything luckily, unless it's her own pain waking her like last night.
